Order Process

RBros Order Process Please take minute to read our process here at RBros Custom Rifles and fill out the form below to get started with your custom build.

Order Process

Our order process is quite simple a simple deposit and the balance due after your gun is finished

The order process is relatively simple. We will work with the customer to make sure the rifle fits their specific needs and application. Once the configuration has been identified, a deposit of 50% down is required to start the build. The balance is not due until the rifle has been finished up and tested. Once the deposit has been received you will be emailed a Build Sheet. This will outline your specs to make sure everything is as YOU want it. During the build process we will update you on the status of the build as well as answer any questions you may have. More often than not Travis will even provide a list of reloading components to stock up on for your rifle if you choose to load your own ammunition. Just prior to coating you will be contacted to make sure of the color pattern you have chosen. Once the rifle is finished up you will be contacted again for payment and go over the final results of the rifle. The whole point of a custom rifle is to get exactly what you want, not what somebody else wants. Travis will only steer a customer in a different direction if he feels there maybe safety concerns with the build a customer is asking for. Aside from that, he will make sure that it will be the rifle you have always portrayed in your mind.
